Mann vs Madness isn’t a sweaty tournament — it's a casual, community-focused gaming night where players hang out, game together, and enjoy the hilarious chaos of humans vs bots.

Whether you're a TF2 veteran, brand-new player, or just here for the vibe, this night is all about:

At the end of the night, four players will each win:

5 PM – 6 PM: Check-In & Warm-Up

- Arrive

Gameplay begins at 6 PM sharp.

6 PM - 7 PM: 🔥 Heat 1 — Payload (Upward)

- Action-packed warm-up

- Great for early stat building

7 PM - 8 PM:🔥 Heat 2 — Attack/Defend (Dustbowl)

- Bots attack → humans defend

- Humans attack → bots defend

- High-energy choke points

- Strong teamwork moments

- Bots perform very well on Dustbowl

8 PM - 9 PM:🔥 Heat 3 — King of the Hill (Harvest or Nucleus)

- Fast and frantic finale

- Final map chosen based on group energy

Breaks Between Matches

- Short breaks occur while staff:

- Reset the server

- Record stats

- Prepare the next map

Age Policy

This event is 17+.

Underage participants may attend only if their parent/guardian completes and submits our official Age Restriction Waiver Form prior to the event.

Waivers must be properly completed and approved before check-in.

Gameplay Location

All gameplay and matches are held in-person only at:

Gameplay Format

Single private TF2 server

Bots fill any empty slots (up to ~24–32 total players)

Bot difficulty: Hard

Game modes used: Payload, Attack/Defend, and KOTH

Scoring (Individual Only)

Tracked across all three heats:

Kills

Assists

Deaths

Heals (Medic only)

K/D/A

K/D/A Formula

(Kills + Assists) ÷ Deaths

All stats are cumulative across the event.
Winners are determined by final aggregated totals.

Heat Maps & Flow

Heat 1: Upward (Payload)

Heat 2: Dustbowl (Attack/Defend)

Heat 3: Harvest or Nucleus (KOTH)

Class Switching

Players may switch classes at any time.

Stats continue tracking seamlessly regardless of class changes.

Breaks Between Matches

Short breaks occur between heats while staff:

Reset the server

Record and verify stats

Prepare the next match

Players are expected to return before each heat starts.
Late players may still join, but stats for that heat begin when they enter.

Lobby Size & Minimum Requirement

Maximum: 16 human players

Bots auto-fill remaining slots

Minimum to run: 4 total participants

Event is canceled if 3 or fewer check in
