This Pre-Opening Sale is valid while supplies last or until the day before our official opening, estimated to be March 1, 2025.If there is an opening delay of more than 30 days, we will notify all prepaid members via email and update our website accordingly. The Pre-Opening Sale price is $99 for a 3-month membership, which grants full access to all standard membership benefits at a bundled discounted rate. The normal membership price is $70 per month, making this a limited-time savings opportunity. Please view the membership benefits on our Membership Page before committing.

2. Membership Activation & Expiration Policy

There is no expiration date to activate the purchased $99 three-month membership. The membership time begins and will be activated at first check-in at 212 Contender eSports at 1350 Galaxy Dr NE STE G, Lacey WA 98516. The three-month period begins on the first day of use and is not based on the purchase date. If there are unexpected delays beyond 30 days, the activation date will automatically shift to the new opening date.

3. Refund & Cancellation Policy

Customers may request a refund before activating their membership at first check-in. A 25% cancellation fee will be applied to cover processing and administrative costs. Once the membership is activated (checked-in for the first time), refunds will not be available.

4. Limitations & Transfer Policy

This offer is non-transferable and can only be used by the original purchaser or designated household member at the time of purchase. Memberships cannot be transferred from one household to another after purchase.

Customers must follow all facility rules and policies upon activation of their membership. Misconduct, damage to property, or failure to comply with facility rules may result in membership suspension or termination without refund.
